OK, just a quick post to say I can't remember if I officially weighed in, lol, but I am 183 lbs and made it through the holidays. Woo hoo. Down 2 lbs through the holidays is a huge victory for me. No pic this time, 2 lbs doesn't change a lot.
Also, curious if anyone thinks it would be helpful for me to post how many calories my heart rate monitor says I burn for workouts I am reviewing? As a way of comparing the workouts? Everyone is different. What I burn in a workout would not be what someone else would burn, so I am on the fence about this and would love to hear opinions. These reviews are for you, what do you think?
