Since going Paleo my family has fallen even more in love with our grill. Paleo and grilling just work well together. The past couple of years I've even been stepping outside my grilling comfort zone more and more. Grilling things I'd never thought to have grilled before and trying new flavor combinations. I have to say I'm pretty thrilled with the results of most of my flavor experiments. In the past I'd never have thought to grill fruit, but it's amazing. Grilling fruit and adding it to traditionally savory dishes? Brilliant. Oh yes, and? New rule: every burger recipe for the rest of forever must contain grilled pineapple. OK, maybe more of a guideline. It's a seriously delicious combination though. This Smoky Grilled Pineapple Burger is always a crowd-pleaser at my house. It's not only Paleo, but Whole30, glutenfree, lower carb, and clean eating friendly. I promise you won't miss the bun! paleo, grilled pineapple burger, smoky
I've been thinking today about all the things I've learned in 2010. It's been such a great year and I'm beyond excited for 2011, it's going to be an awesome year! Might I say a kick@## year? Yes, I think so. I honestly don't think I've ever been this positive/excited at the New Year. I always kind of snicker at all the 'New Year New You' stuff...but this year, I DO feel like I'm a new me.
Today I have another fun giveaway that I'm so thrilled about:
OK, down to business, must be 18 and a US resident to enter (sorry international readers, but these companies are gracious enough to sponsor these giveaways and shipping internationally would be asking a lot) to be entered: leave a comment on this post and/or subscribe and leave a comment on the video above on my You Tube Channel. Yes, you can do both. Giveaway open to enter until Wednesday December 15th 7 pm mountain time. At that time I'll use random.org to draw one winner and announce it on Twitter and my blog.
FTC disclaimer: yes I begged the company to send these to one lucky winner...yes, they agreed, no I receive no cash for any of this...blah, blah, blah.
Are you excited for the New Year?

ReplyDeleteEek!! I remember your first post about Sweaty Bands! I had the exact same problem with my hair and headbands. I got one of the Outdoor Diva Groupons (ok, I got 3) and I bought two of them because you said they worked. I had a foot of my hair hacked off and I got some long-ish side swept bangs, so I figured it was a pretty good time to try them out. Coincidentally, I got a fat and skinny one too. Serious mad props to you for turning me on to these because they're amazing! I haven't worked out in them yet (mainly because I havne't worked out in forever), but I did clean house in one. And one comes with me in my suitcase when I travel.
