OOTD Running Out The Door

Today's oatmeal of the day is blueberry overnight oats:
Straight from the refrigerator, ready to go!
I knew I'd be running out the door this morning to get my hair done (wooo!) so I planned ahead and made some protein packed overnight oats:
1/4 cup Coach's Oats, 1 cup 0% plain greek yogurt, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, 1 packet Truvia. Stir together, cover, and pop it in the refrigerator overnight. Eat cold. So good!
After it was stirred.

278 calories
37 grams carbs
0 grams fat (oops, probably will add some almonds or walnuts next time)
25 grams protein
