Today's oatmeal of the day is blueberry overnight oats:

1/4 cup Coach's Oats, 1 cup 0% plain greek yogurt, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, 1 packet Truvia. Stir together, cover, and pop it in the refrigerator overnight. Eat cold. So good!
