Monday Ramblings

Happy Monday! Please enjoy this rambling vlog update:
Some goals I've set for myself for the summer:
  1. Track every day for the rest of the summer. 
  2. Become more consistent with my early morning workouts. My entire day just goes better!
  3. Run 3 days a week.
