This is my favorite smoothie recipe lately. Especially love it post workout...and it's really purple, which is fun.
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Blend well in your blender. I like mine thick, so sometimes I add an extra frozen strawberry or two. It's seriously more like ice cream that way.
