Mix & Match Workout Wardrobe

I think one of the best ways to save money, time, and effort when building your fitness wardrobe is to make it mix and match. There's a couple of ways to do this.



  1. Stick within a color scheme.
  2. Buy all of your bottoms and shoes in black, gray, or some other neutral. Then pick various tops you like for pops of color.
I've created a collection on Polyvore with examples of mix and match fitness wardrobes:

Keep it simple with black and white.
If pink is your passion, pink gray and black.
Black and blue.
Pink, purple, and black.
Have some fun with yellow and blue.


Instead of thinking outfit when we go shopping for workout clothes, I say think wardrobe. With a mix and match workout wardrobe you can then pull any top and any bottom out of your dresser drawer for a 5 am workout and know you look great!
