Jillian Michaels Body Revolution: My Final Results

I decided to separate my final results and final review of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution into two posts. Otherwise it would equal one really really long post. My final review should be up tomorrow.

Today, my final results!


My beginning stats were:
Weight 174
Waist 30.5
Right Thigh 19.75
Right Calf 13.75
Right Arm 11.75
Bust 39
Hips 40.75 

Final Stats:
Weight 159
Waist 28.75
Right Thigh 18.75
Right Calf 12.75
Right Arm 11.25
Bust 37.25
Hips 38.5

With Jillian Michaels Body Revolution I lost:
15 pounds
1 3/4 inches off my waist
1 inch off my right thigh
1 inch off my right calf
1/2 an inch off my right arm
1 3/4 inches off my bust
2 1/4 inches off my hips

Amazing. 

Yes, I've heard of people losing a lot more with Body Revolution. But for me, for my body, at this stage in the game, coming off of a 5 month plateau...these results are amazing. 

In the past I've never been able to break through the 172 barrier. No. Matter. What. I'd get stuck, get discouraged, and yo-yo back up. 

I am now at the lowest weight I've ever been in my adult life. It feels like having a new body I'm not quite acquainted with yet. I am very pleased with my results from Body Revolution.
