Last night I grilled it, yum, yum, yum. My husband who isn't a big fish person said it was sooo good. I'm not good with measuring, recipes, etc. But here's what I did.
Grilled Chili/Lime Salmon
Spray one side of salmon with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray, place that side down on the grill. (key limes were on sale I'm sure regular lime would work) Squeeze key limes over tops of salmon. Spray top side with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray then sprinkle with garlic salt and chili powder. Cook a few minutes, then flip and squeeze key lime on other side as well, sprinkle with garlic salt and chili powder. Cook until done.
I paired it with some sweet potato fries and my kids even loved it!
