Since going Paleo my family has fallen even more in love with our grill. Paleo and grilling just work well together. The past couple of years I've even been stepping outside my grilling comfort zone more and more. Grilling things I'd never thought to have grilled before and trying new flavor combinations. I have to say I'm pretty thrilled with the results of most of my flavor experiments. In the past I'd never have thought to grill fruit, but it's amazing. Grilling fruit and adding it to traditionally savory dishes? Brilliant. Oh yes, and? New rule: every burger recipe for the rest of forever must contain grilled pineapple. Keto coffees are a staple in my daily ketogenic diet lifestyle. I have an average of 2-3 a day and mix it up quite a bit. They're a great way to get some collagen and MCT's into my diet, to avoid boredom on keto, and I just love them. You know me and my coffee; you should see my cupboard full of keto products and concoctions. I just can't stop trying and combining them for new coffee recipes. Can't stop won't stop.

Today I'm going to share my super easy keto mocha recipe with you. This is one of my morning go-to's that I have quite regularly. It's just so yummy chocolatey and only 3 grams TOTAL carbs (don't blame the keto for what the net carbs did).
Easy KETO Mocha Recipe
Ingredients
1 mug fresh brewed coffee or espresso
1 scoop Perfect Keto Chocolate Collagen
Directions
Add all ingredients to a hot liquid safe blender and blend about 20 seconds. You can also use a frother for this and it works just as well.
Options
Try this with a couple drops of peppermint for the perfect keto peppermint mocha!
Add a dollop of keto friendly whipped cream or try this over ice for the perfect summer treat.
