Since going Paleo my family has fallen even more in love with our grill. Paleo and grilling just work well together. The past couple of years I've even been stepping outside my grilling comfort zone more and more. Grilling things I'd never thought to have grilled before and trying new flavor combinations. I have to say I'm pretty thrilled with the results of most of my flavor experiments. In the past I'd never have thought to grill fruit, but it's amazing. Grilling fruit and adding it to traditionally savory dishes? Brilliant. Oh yes, and? New rule: every burger recipe for the rest of forever must contain grilled pineapple. OK, maybe more of a guideline. It's a seriously delicious combination though. This Smoky Grilled Pineapple Burger is always a crowd-pleaser at my house. It's not only Paleo, but Whole30, glutenfree, lower carb, and clean eating friendly. I promise you won't miss the bun! paleo, grilled pineapple burger, smoky
Yes, I do believe the world does in fact need yet another keto coffee recipe. I mean, really, how can you have too many? But this one, OH, this one...
I feel like the word obsessed is so overused these days that it means virtually nothing anymore. So, I won't say I'm obsessed with this recipe, I'll just say I had 6 yesterday. Oops.
This Easy Keto Vanilla Latte has been my go-to every morning lately. On repeat. It's just so quick and easy and I'm out the door. Plus, it's dang tasty.
Keto Vanilla Latte
Ingredients
1 mug of your favorite coffee or espresso
1 scoop Vanilla Keto Fit
1 Tablespoon Unflavored Left Coast Performance Keto Creamer (completely optional, adds 120 calories, but great to up your fats if you're looking to do that)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a hot liquid safe blender and blend well for about 20 seconds. You really do have to use a blender for this one.
I use decaf for this. I know, gasp, but I'm sensitive to caffeine in my old age. Le sigh. The Keto Fit has a bit of caffeine in it, so I do this decaf (it's the only one I can stand). Also, as I said the Keto Creamer is completely optional. It's 105 calories without it and 225 calories with it. If I have the calories, or need to up my fats for any reason, I add it. If I need to cut my calories, I leave it out. It makes it creamier amazingness, but it's delicious without it as well. I used the unflavored original here, but the cacao is my favorite.Notes
The Keto Fit is a bit pricey (depending where you buy it), but totally worth it. I must confess I've gone through like, 10 tubs of it. #sorrynotsorry Ya, it's that good. I have it on my Amazon Subscribe and Save so I save 15%, though it's been a great deal at Costco lately so you might check there too.
