Made this smoothie this morning and it's so yummy, almost like a strawberry shake...but healthier of course.
Double Strawberry Smoothie:
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 serving Jay Robb Strawberry Whey Protein
1 cup frozen strawberries
Blend well in your blender. Yum!
For an added nutritional punch add a handful or two of fresh baby spinach.
