Since going Paleo my family has fallen even more in love with our grill. Paleo and grilling just work well together. The past couple of years I've even been stepping outside my grilling comfort zone more and more. Grilling things I'd never thought to have grilled before and trying new flavor combinations. I have to say I'm pretty thrilled with the results of most of my flavor experiments. In the past I'd never have thought to grill fruit, but it's amazing. Grilling fruit and adding it to traditionally savory dishes? Brilliant. Oh yes, and? New rule: every burger recipe for the rest of forever must contain grilled pineapple. I go in phases with keto mug cakes. I'll make them every morning for breakfast for like 3 months and then abandon them for 3 years. I'm a fickle fickle friend dearest mug cakes.
Every time I come back to them I'm always like, "WOW! These are amazing!" Duh, note to self.

KETO Cinnamon Coffee Cake Mug Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 teaspoon Organic Saigon Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Low Carb Brown Sugar Substitute
1/4 teaspoon Aluminum Free Baking Powder
1/8 teaspoon Organic Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon gently-melted Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon Warm Water
Optional:
Extra sweetener and cinnamon to sprinkle on top.
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients well in a microwave safe mug. Microwave for 90 seconds. If you do the topping you can probably get away with only 1 teaspoon of sweetener in the recipe.
