Since going Paleo my family has fallen even more in love with our grill. Paleo and grilling just work well together. The past couple of years I've even been stepping outside my grilling comfort zone more and more. Grilling things I'd never thought to have grilled before and trying new flavor combinations. Grilling fruit and adding it to traditionally savory dishes? Brilliant. Oh yes, and? New rule: every burger recipe for the rest of forever must contain grilled pineapple. OK, maybe more of a guideline. It's a seriously delicious combination though. This Smoky Grilled Pineapple Burger is always a crowd-pleaser at my house. It's not only Paleo, but Whole30, glutenfree, lower carb, and clean eating friendly. I promise you won't miss the bun! paleo, grilled pineapple burger, smoky...

Erin, lol, I think I was very rambling and unclear, my office used to be the nursery, my youngest is 5. Yes, I'm very blessed, but don't buy an LG, they aren't very good appliances, my dishwasher and fridge are having issues already. AND never say never!! Dream big, I do ;)
ReplyDeleteLOVE that you're in an older home. I want a rambling barn house or bungalow someday. I'm in love with unsweetened almond milk. I use to be a soy girl and now I'm mixing it up. I'm also in love with my local running store, and i'm excited about being fit for new shoes this weekend. AND I'm loving my little kettle bell workout, I think it's adding nicely to my daily runs.
ReplyDeletethanks for the Oxygen Magazine recommendation! And aren't you such a cutie.
ReplyDeleteLove the house history, your fridge, and So Delicious! Wait until you try the coffee creamer. It's sooo good!
ReplyDeleteI <3 So Delicious products! They do milk, yogurt, ice cream... One week, I went a little crazy and got all three. My sig. fig. said I had a slight coconut to me (not a bad thing :) ). I'm loving Chobani Greek yogurt right now. I'm going through the flavors and then I'll probably settle on plain so I can do my own add-ins.
ReplyDeleteOh, and I love your dark polish! That's one of my favorite parts of fall and winter, getting to wear dark polish and have it look classy.
OK, I blogged a response :)
