Since going Paleo my family has fallen even more in love with our grill. Paleo and grilling just work well together. The past couple of years I've even been stepping outside my grilling comfort zone more and more. Grilling things I'd never thought to have grilled before and trying new flavor combinations. I have to say I'm pretty thrilled with the results of most of my flavor experiments. In the past I'd never have thought to grill fruit, but it's amazing. Grilling fruit and adding it to traditionally savory dishes? Brilliant. Oh yes, and? New rule: every burger recipe for the rest of forever must contain grilled pineapple. OK, maybe more of a guideline. It's a seriously delicious combination though. This Smoky Grilled Pineapple Burger is always a crowd-pleaser at my house. It's not only Paleo, but Whole30, glutenfree, lower carb, and clean eating friendly. I promise you won't miss the bun! paleo, grilled pineapple burger, smoky...
I am giving Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss with Suzanne Deason my first Five Star review. I have had this so long that it's actually the VHS. Yet, after 9 years this is still a regular in my workout calendar! As I own the VHS I can't comment on the DVD setup or features.
For this workout you will need:
A yoga mat
Possibly blocks or bands to modify
The runtime is 60 minutes.
Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss is an awesome, comprehensive yoga workout. It is fantastic if you are a beginner or if you have a lot of weight to lose, but is also great for all yoga levels.
I love Suzanne Deason as instructor. She is very calming and does a thorough job at explaining poses and walking you through modifications.
With this DVD you will get a full body, gentle workout, and feel energized after.
Suzanne teaches many of the basic yoga poses and manages to keep them accessible for all levels of fitness, depending on the modifications you choose.
This is by far my favorite at-home yoga workout, I have had it for at least 9 years and still do it regularly. Definitely my go-to yoga workout. This workout obviously has stood the test of time for me, which I consider a big deal for this fitness DVD junkie. It isn't daunting, like oh no, I don't want to do that. It is very approachable and I find myself looking forward to it. I think you will find it easy to talk yourself into doing it, which let's face it, is super important. If we won't do it, why have it?!
Definitely recommend this!
