What's your favorite workout DVD? What new trainers should I try in 2012??
I think I need to try a Jackie Warner DVD. She scares me but I know it would be a good workout.
ReplyDeleteI like old school Tae Bo.
SOMEDAY I'll be able to do chalean! I have fibromyalgia so I'm working my way up in fitness slowly.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I LOVE the biggest loser bob harper's weight loss yoga.
Just got done doing it! :)
Thanks for the recommendations, I'm always looking for new workouts to challenge me. I haven't tried any of these-but Santa's coming!
ReplyDeleteI'm a big P90X and Insanity fan. On occasion I do some Bob Harper and Cathe Friedrich who I prefer to Jillian Michaels. Her workouts aren't as thorough I find.
ReplyDeleteLOL seeing all those workout DVD's makes me tired! :) Looks like a great collection though! My trainer = 2 small boys who run nonstop all day!

These are great recommendations! I'm hoping to start Yoga in the new year - will look into the yoga conditioning DVD!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the video recommendations! I personally love Jillian Michaels!!
ReplyDeleteI recommend Crave Results by Angie Miller and anything by Aileen Sheron. They are really good at what they do. Oh, Petra Kolber and Fred Hoffman too!
ReplyDeleteGotta admit - I rarely do home workout DVDS unless I am practicing for a class I need to teach and the DVD is the class (such as Batuka or CX Worx) Love that you are so active though! K
ReplyDeleteI have a lot of these - but really want to get some Cathe videos!
