Since going Paleo my family has fallen even more in love with our grill. Paleo and grilling just work well together. No, I really don't generally consider applesauce a good food choice on a keto diet. But the beauty of this recipe is you can get that yummy applesauce taste, but the amount is so low that the carb count isn't out of control like it would be in eating a cup of applesauce.

Mug Cake Ingredients:
1 Egg beaten
1/4 Cup Almond Flour
1/4 teaspoon Aluminum Free Baking Powder
