30 Day No Repeat Fitness Challenge: Final Wrap Up

I've decided to cut my 30 Day No Repeat Fitness Challenge short by a week. I received a new workout set for review and I'm just too excited to get started with it. 

My final stats for this 30 day challenge:

Waist 30.5
Right Thigh 19.75
Right Calf 13.75
Right Arm 11.75
Bust 39
Hips 40.75

Overall I lost an inch. I am going to call that progress! The challenge went well...except that I did not always remember to log my workouts on dailymile and I did not track my food every day the last 2 weeks. Other than that I'm very pleased; I managed for four weeks to never repeat a single workout.

On to the next challenge!
