Planning and accountability are the two things I'm focusing on this month to help me reach my goals.
My workout plan for the week:
Monday: 25 minutes bike to warm up then Jackie Warner 30 Day Fast Start All
Tuesday: 20 minute warm up on the bike then Turbo Jam Fat Blaster
Wednesday: Jillian Killer Buns & Thighs Level 2
Thursday: Yoga DVD
Friday: Speed intervals on the treadmill
Sunday: 2 mile easy run
