Since going Paleo my family has fallen even more in love with our grill. Paleo and grilling just work well together. The past couple of years I've even been stepping outside my grilling comfort zone more and more. Grilling things I'd never thought to have grilled before and trying new flavor combinations. I have to say I'm pretty thrilled with the results of most of my flavor experiments. In the past I'd never have thought to grill fruit, but it's amazing. Grilling fruit and adding it to traditionally savory dishes? Brilliant. Oh yes, and? New rule: every burger recipe for the rest of forever must contain grilled pineapple. OK, maybe more of a guideline. It's a seriously delicious combination though. This Smoky Grilled Pineapple Burger is always a crowd-pleaser at my house. It's not only Paleo, but Whole30, glutenfree, lower carb, and clean eating friendly. I promise you won't miss the bun! paleo, grilled pineapple burger, smoky...
It's that time of year again. Pumpkin Spice Latte season that is! I want all. Things. Pumpkin. Right now. Pumpkin bread, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin spiced everyyyyythingggg. 2 teaspoons Organic Saigon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Organic Ground Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon Organic Ground Cloves

Truvia Packets or Monk Fruit Drops to taste - I like to use both together. Sweetness is a personal preference, but just as a guideline: I do 10 drops monk fruit and 5 packets Truvia. You can also leave this out here and then sweeten each cup as you make it.
Directions
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend well (about a minute), scraping the sides if needed. Store in your refrigerator. This will last about a week in the fridge. This recipe has 1 gram of TOTAL carbs per Tablespoon. I don't do net carbs, but I suppose it'd have 0 grams net carbs.Add to taste (generally 2 to 4 Tablespoons) to your coffee or try with espresso for a
Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte!
Dairy Option
- If you don't like coconut cream, or just prefer dairy, you can replace it with 2 cups of half and half or heavy whipping cream. Just stir it instead of putting it in your blender or you'll have pumpkin spice whipped cream instead.
